From dipping your toes in to conquering the ocean. This section isn’t just about paying; it’s about **scaling**. Here you manage your subscription, review your limits and decide how much power your business really needs. ### 🏆 The Options Menu (The 4 Tiers) We have a plan for every stage of your world domination: #### 1. Free (The Playground) 🐣 Perfect for testing, tinkering and personal projects. * **The basics:** 2 Agents, 2,000 messages. * **Channels:** WhatsApp, Facebook and Instagram included. * **Limitations:** No Voice, basic analytics and a small brain (50k tokens). * *Ideal for:* Convincing your boss that this actually works. #### 2. Starter (The First Serious Step) 🚀 For teams that are ready to get serious. * **Growth:** 5 Agents, 10,000 messages. * **Brain:** 10× more reading capacity (500k tokens). * **Extras:** Basic API integration and WhatsApp campaigns. * *Ideal for:* Small businesses or startups firing up their engines. #### 3. Professional (The War Machine) 💼 For operations that can’t afford to fail. **This is the recommended plan.** * **Power:** 15 Agents, 50,000 messages and… **VOICE!** (1,000 minutes included). * **Intelligence:** Advanced analytics, social listening and connected CRMs. * **Support:** 24/7 priority support. If you don’t sleep, neither do we. * *Ideal for:* Companies with high support volumes and active campaigns. #### 4. Enterprise (Tailor-Made) 🏛️ Do the tables above feel too small? We’ll build a plan just for you. * **Unlimited:** Agents, tokens and accounts as required. * **Exclusive:** Dedicated servers, strategic consultancy and a customised SLA. * *Ideal for:* Corporations that move the market. *** ### 🔍 Need to see the small print? At the top, you’ll see a toggle switch: * **Monthly:** Pay month by month. Flexible. Cancel anytime. * **Annual:** Pay for the full year upfront. **Usually cheaper.** A longer commitment, but with a discount. *** ### ➕ What if I go over? (Usage Fees) Don’t worry—we won’t pull the plug if you have a great month and exceed your limits. 📈 We use an **Overage** system: * **Extra messages:** If you go over your allowance, you pay a small fee per additional message. * **Voice minutes:** The same applies to calls. * **Tokens:** If your agent needs to read more documents than included, you can buy extra capacity.
